Hello ! Hello everybody !

Je viens de voir que certaines hésitations vous habitaient encore… Very Happy donc, voici un nouvel exercice, un tout petit peu différent!

Il va vous falloir compléter les phrases ci-dessous avec un nom puis en utilisant soit of + -ing ou to + base verbale.
Donc, j’insiste lourdement pour certains , il n’y a que deux choix possibles !

Pour vous amuser un peu plus, j’ai décidé de vous laisser choisir le nom et le verbe en vous les proposant tous ci-dessous, dans le désordre naturellement ! Twisted Evil

Il ne faut pas hésiter à participer, sans citer personne, parlons entre autres de nos chères Fame et Medi qui n’ont pas encore rendu leur premier devoir Rolling Eyes !!!!!!!!

CORRECTION : VENDREDI 15 DECEMBRE 2006

Les noms : ability – cost – decision – failure – fear – possibility – reason – risk – sign – unwillingness.

Les verbes : acknowledge – allow – buy – fly – get – remember – stop – transmit – win – worry.

2. The snow has been falling now for two days and shows no sign of stopping.
3. The government has defended its decision to allow coal mining in the national park.
4. Your blood pressure is a little high, but there is no reason to worry about it.
5. She was kept in isolation to reduce the risk of transmitting the virus to other people in the hospital.
6. The exercise tests children’s ability to remember a random sequence of numbers.
7. The manager was sacked after his team’s failure to win promotion from the second division.
8. The cost of buying new cars in Europe is expected to fall in the next year.
9. I knew that there was little possibility to get the job with so many applicants.
10. It is very difficult to work with Chris because of his unwillingness to acknowledge that he ever makes mistakes.
